Today's Treeherder production push

Hi dev.tree-management :-)

We've just pushed new code to production Treeherder.

Note: There were backwards incompatible API changes, so you'll need to
refresh (or force refresh) the UI for jobs to appear. (Adding push
notifications in-app for this, plus versioning the API is something we want
to do in the future).

Notable changes:
* Refactoring of the jobs API, resulting in faster performance & other bug
fixes (eg the hidden builds toggle forgetting state).
* Switching to prefork-based log parser to improve log parsing performance
(has also reduced task error rate).
* Bug numbers and PR mentions in commit messages are now linkified.
* "Click to add a related bug" text is now clickable.

A few regressions have been found (
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1097090#c19), so I've rolled
back the deploy for now.
