Exclusion profiles now auto-update when new jobs come in

Hey all,

Thanks to Kalpesh Krishna (aka :martianwars), exclusion profiles should
now auto-update to include new job types when they come in. There should
no longer be any need to go through the tedious process of re-saving the
profiles when this happens (yay!).

Please let us know if this isn't working as expected.

(If you don't know what this means, don't worry about it, this mainly
affects sheriffs)
