but unfortunately I have not found the right infos in the Mozilla
Developer forum and on the site do to a bug in the website (It tell me
I have not the right to see this Page, even if I am Loged-In and my

Try using DOM Inspector on it (an extension which is distributed as part
of SeaMonkey but IIUC to use it on Firefox or Thunderbird you have to
install it yourself, e.g. from AMO).
Once DOM Inspector is installed, find it somewhere in the Tools menu (or
hit Ctrl+Shift+I) to open it, then "File → Inspect Chrome Document →
..." to see what the chrome of the window you want to style consists of.
Near top left of the DOMi window there is a point-and-click tool which
is very useful to go quickly to the desired item (though sometimes it
will actually land you on a child of what you want to style: navigate
the tree in hte left-hand pane then).
CSS rules in a theme usually don't need !important — try them first
without it.
(I may be wrong but) IIUC any style that you apply will be used "on top
of" the default theme's style, as an override, i.e., anything that you
omit will remain as in the default theme.
Best regards,
Tony.

It seems you are wrong, because I have deleted al stuff inside the CSS
files of an existing theme and now my ENTIRED firefox is transparent!
Ony some elements are shown in the wild. :-/

OK this was already installed, but...

How should this help me with creating a Theme in Firefox?
It does not show me anything usable for the creation of a new Theme.
E.g. I have:
