<tabbrowser> is app specific. Each application (Firefox, SeaMonkey) has
it's own implementation of <tabbrowser>. garrettemeraldflame needs to
implement (via a XBL binding) or adapt an existing implementation for
his purposes.
However it would be nice to have a basic bare-bones <tabbrowser>
implementation in /toolkit/ which can be extended or subclassed by
Firefox, SeaMonkey, or random XULrunner applications.
