Sample XUL standalone application (windows exe)

Hi,
Where can I get a sample XUL standalone application, one that compiles to a windows exe?
Most of the opensource projects I have seen on the internet packages it to XPI (plugin).
If it also contains a build (make) script, then it will be great.

Is there any sample application which has the required files in the required directories and in "ready for deployment" state?
I am not able to figure out which are the required and which are the optional parts.
