display of XML attributes in document tree of document not associated with a stylesheet

I noticed some oddity in the display of
http://home.arcor.de/martin.honnen/mozillaBugs/xslt/test2011062002Xsl.xml in
Firefox 4.0.1: the attributes names are displayed in upper case letters
(e.g. "LANG", "ID") although the original XML document has them in lower
case letters (e.g. "lang", "id").
The problem does not occur with FF 3.6 and also not with a nightly 7.0a1
of today.
Does anyone know what part of Mozilla is different in FF 4 causing that
problem? Does anyone know a bug number for this problem?
