الصرخي الحسني مرجع جسد حرية الخطاب الإسلامي في مواقفه
{ إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِراً وَإِمَّا كَفُوراً } الإنسان3 ....
هذه الاية القرآنية الشريفة تعكس لنا اروع صور الحرية التي اعطاها الله سبحانه وتعالى للانسان وذلك من خلال اعطاءه حرية الاختيار بعد ان بين له طريق الهداية والصلاح والخير وبين طريق الضلال والانحراف والفساد , وهنا يكون الانسان حر في الاختيار بين نجاته وهلاكه , بين ما ينفعه وما يضره , بين العيش بكرامة والعيش بذلة .
وهذا الامر بنفس الوقت جاء كتكليف شرعي على الانبياء والرسل والائمة المعصومين ومن سار على نهجهم حيث كان من ضمن دورهم الرسالي "سلام الله عليهم اجمعين " هو تذكير الناس بما ينفعهم وبما يضرهم ولهم الحرية في الاختيار مع تبيان وكشف نتائج اختيار الطريق الذي سوف يسلكه الناس وهذا ما يجسده قوله تعالى { فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَا أَنتَ مُذَكِّرٌ oلَّسْتَ عَلَيْهِم بِمُصَيْطِرٍ} 21,22 سورة الغاشية .
واستمر العمل بهذا النهج الرسالي من قبل العلماء العاملين المخلصين الى يومنا هذا , ومن الشواهد الحية لذلك الامر هو ما توجه به سماحة المرجع الديني الاعلى اية الله العظمى السيد الصرخي الحسني " دام ظله " من خطاب الى لشعب العراقي قبيل انتخابات مجالس المحافظات , وذلك من خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقدته بعض القنوات الفضائية مع سماحته " دام ظله " حيث اجاب على سؤال حول الانتخابات بقوله :-

{... نحن لا نوجب الذهاب إلى الانتخابات ولا نحرّم الذهاب ، ولا نوجب عدم الذهاب ولا نحرّم عدم الذهاب ، كل إنسان هو يقدّر القضية وهي قضية موضوعية خارجية ، له الحق أن يختار الذهاب أو عدم الذهاب ، لكن ننصح من يذهب إلى الانتخابات بل نقول له : يجب عليك أن تنتخب الإنسان الذي فيه الخير ، الذي فيه الصلاح ، الذي فيه الأمانة والصدق ، وأيضاً ننصح إذا كنّا على نحو الحيادية نتحدث ، نقول : لا فرق بين المتدين وغير المتدين ، بل في التجربة التي مرت علينا خلال هذه السنين الصعبة يمكن إلى حد ما نقول : إنه مَن يدّعي الدين والتدين يمكن هذا يكون خارج القوس وخارج عنوان الانتخاب والاختيار لأننا تعلّمنا بأن من يرتدي الزي ومن يسلك طريق الدين عادةً يستغل الدين ويوظف الدين لما يريد من منافع شخصية ليبرر السرقة ويبرر الجريمة ويبرر الفساد فنحن نقول : انتخب الإنسان الذي فيه الخير والصلاح ويكفي أن نكون في خانة المغرر بهم ، يكفي أن نُخدع بإسم الطائفية ، يكفي أن نُخدع بإسم أهل البيت وإمام أهل البيت أمير المؤمنين (سلام الله عليه) ، لا يعقل و لا يمكن ولا نصدق ولا نكون من المغفّلين ونصدّق بأن علياً (سلام الله عليه) يكون مع الباطل ، مع الفاسد ، مع السارق ، لا يعقل أن المجتمع الشيعي ليس فيه الإنسان الذي فيه الخير والصلاح حتى يتصدى لأمور هذه الأمة ، لا يعقل أن المجتمع السني ليس فيه الإنسان الذي فيه الخير والصلاح حتى يتصدى لهذه الأمة ، اعزلوا جميع المفسدين انتخبوا الأُناس الذين فيهم الخير والصلاح ، وسنكون مع علي لأن علياً مع الحق ، وإذا انتخبنا من فيه الخير والصلاح نكون على الحق ونكون مع علي (سلام الله عليه) وسننتصر لعلي وسننتصر لمذهب الحق ومذهب أهل البيت (سلام الله عليهم) وننتصر للإسلام بهذا. فننصح الجميع بانتخاب الصالح الذي فيه الأمانة والصدق سواء كان سنياً أو شيعياً سواء كان مسلماً أو مسيحياً سواء كان متديناً أو غير متدين ...} .
وهنا سماحته "دام ظله " قد خاطب العراقيين بصورة تفوح بعبق الحرية واكد وبين للعراقيين بانهم احرار وبيدهم القرار في الذهاب الى الانتخابات او عدم الذهاب , بالاضافة الى ان سماحته " دام ظله " نصح وذكر من يريد ان ينتخب فعليه انتخاب الاصلح والانسب لقيادة العراق والابتعاد عن اختيارالمفسدين والسراق , وهذا بحد ذاته طبيقا وتجسيدا للحرية الحقيقة ودعوة صادقة ممزوجة بالروح الوطنية والحرص الابوي على العراق وشعبه لكي ينعموا بالخير وصلاح الحال ويحسوا بنعمة حرية الاسلام التي عكسها لهم سماحته " دام ظله " في هذا الخطاب ....
