how to load a large svg file

I convert a dwg file to svg,
the svg file is 80M big,so it is too slow to show in a brower

My question is how to fast the load speed,
and fulfill the function of zoom in and out

Try cutting it down in InkScape, simplify paths, save as optimized, etc. Once you get it down in size, try http://www.scriptcompress.com/SVG-minifier.htm (have to paste source code in box, open your file in notepage, copy and paste).
