Once you converted HTM to SVG, you can GZip it and rename *.svg.gz to *.svgz. Example: http://imgh.us/JavaScript-Compression.svgz

More samples from www.scriptcompress.com/HTML-to-SVG-Image.htm

Example: http://imgh.us/Apocrypha-of-the-Holy-Bible.svg - 1.2MB of HTML compressed & JavaScript packed to a 400KB SVG image.

Now use 7zip.org to Gzip (rename *.svg.gz to *.svgz) and get even smaller results!

Example:
http://imgh.us/Apocrypha-of-the-Holy-Bible-5.9MB-HTML.svgz - 5.9MB of HTML compressed and embedded to 350KB!

Now you can host your HTM page on free image hosting sites like http://imgh.us!
