NSPR Documentation

It would be quite nice to use doxygen to generate documentation for
the nspr directly from the source code.

Is there any particular reason comments can't be formatted to support
doxygen? (For those who might not know, it is essentially the same as
javadoc style comments).

I might be willing to spend some time updating nspr headers to support
automatic doc generation if there were interest.

You could help us finish the migration of the original NSPR reference
at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/reference/html/
to the wiki.
