It is my pleasure to announce Valentin Gosu as the new necko module owner.
Congratulations Valentin!
Valentin has been working on our protocol stack for many years and he has knowledge and experience of all parts of our code base. He has shown great competence in solving problems and choosing the right priorities.
Valentin will be a great owner.
