I upgraded InfoMonkey's OSQA software for the first time this evening
(since its original installation). Migrating database schemas is
always a bit scary, and I remembered that I promised to provide Q&A
backup content, so in the process I also made an XML backup available:

Don't know that it's important to anyone, but the Q&A user data is anonymized.
I also had to cut down the number of nginx processes because my VPS
company started killing my processes (due to my account's general
memory over-use :-P). Apologies if it's running with higher response
latency.
