Color Borders Not working

Hi. New here. Just working on a site and noticed that no matter what
color code I use for table borders, they are all resolving BLACK in
2.0.0.7. Tried many different codes and resolves black every time in
FF, yet normal in IE, AOL browsers.

This seems to work for SeaMonkey 1.1.4, which means it should also work
for Firefox.

Border colors can be specified only via CSS. For the table itself, the
color will apply only to the four sides and not to the interior borders,
which are the cell borders. For the cells, you must also specify the
border color for the TD element.
