Hello all,
I'm maintaining an extension which has a NPAPI plugin to support e10s,
the problem is, in Nightly,
in the about:plugins page, there are only three plugins there, mine is
not in the list.

How to install my plugin into Nightly? Any clues?
Thanks!

I suspect you are running the 64-bit version of Firefox. Please see this
post about NPAPI plugins
https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/

In particular, we are not going to support NPAPI plugins in 32-bit
Firefox at the end of 2016 and we're making that effective immediately
in the 64-bit version of Firefox. The exceptions to this are Flash and
possibly Silverlight while popular sites transition away from plugins
from video.
