No. But Michael Wu of Mozilla just started porting NSPR to Android.
So I expect NSS will be ported to Android soon. However, Mozilla
is not using JSS, so someone else will still need to port JSS.

Sorry if that's slightly off-topic, but what crypto layer does the
Andro�d browser use then ?
