It's unlikely. On the other hand, not all instances of NSS come with the
imbedded SQLite library. Most NSS instances use an external library
(either included in the operating system or included with the
application using NSS).
On linux, for instance, NSS uses the system SQLite, which is often newer
than the version shipped with NSS. In Mozilla products, Mozilla includes
their own copy of sqlite which NSS uses.
In these cases, you won't find a copy of sqlite in NSS, but instead nss
uses the system copy.
