SIGSEGV on 64bit HP-UX with shlibsign (NSS 3.14.3)

Hi All,
In NSS 3.14.3 build process, shlibsign crashes while trying to sign "libsoftokn3.sl" on HP-UX 64 bit machine. It works fine on 32 bit HP-UX.
mozilla/security/nss/cmd/shlibsign/HP-UXB.11.11_64_OPT.OBJ/shlibsign -v -i mozilla/security/nss/cmd/shlibsign/../../../../dist/HP-UXB.11.11_64_OPT.OBJ/lib/libsoftokn3.sl
moduleSpec configdir='' certPrefix='' keyPrefix='' secmod='' flags=noCertDB, noModDB
Generate a DSA key pair ...
Segmentation fault
There is a already a bug (HYPERLINK "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=703812"Bug 703812) filed in Bugzilla for this but there are no updates on that for a long time.
If anyone of you have faced this issue earlier then can you please share any solution/workaround to this crash.
