updated postatus site

I just did a minor overhaul of the postatus site
<http://postatus.paas.allizom.org/>.

What's new?

1. generalized the site for multiple l10n related reports--not just lint
errors

2. new l10n status and l10n history report pages

3. cleaned up the layout a bit

4. added a sidebar to each page that talks about what the page is and
where it sources the data


The big one that I like is the l10n history report. That'll be super
helpful going forward. I think SUMO has some of that information baked
into the l10n dashboards already, but this is kind of a nice summary report.

There are probably still some bugs to work out, but the gist of it is there.

Future:

1. I'm planning to move it off the PaaS and onto Heroku at some point soon.

2. There are a bunch of FIXMEs some of which I'd like to implement.


Even though it's in a perpetual alpha state, I hope it helps!
