Request to start Sumo in Punjai (India) Laguage pa_IN

Hi there,
My name is Amandeep Singh Saini and i am a translator working for Punjabi
translation of many community projects. I want to start translations for
SuMo in Punjabi. Please guide me through the whole process.

Welcome to SUMO :) It's great to see you are interested in helping out
with the translation/localization of Firefox Support. It's the easiest
way to reach a huge amount of users, and help them when they have issues.

The best way to get started is to start translating a short article. But
it's helpful to know how the KB works. We have a quick introduction on
the KB itself: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/localize-firefox-help

I'm also CCing Rosana, who is our community manager and can answer any
question you might have.

We do have 'pa-IN' already enabled on SUMO. But I only see 'pa' in Verbatim:
https://localize.mozilla.org/pa/sumo/

I am thinking this might be a problem. We probably want to use the 'pa'
strings from Verbatim but I don't know that our infrastructure does that
for us right now.
