Shutting down dev-shumway.

I've recently inherited the responsibility for this mailing list, which
I believe to have outlived its usefulness.

For a variety of reasons, many of which are absolutely worth
celebrating, dev-shumway is no longer a useful comms channel for Mozilla.

In the absence of any objections, I intend to shut this list down this
coming Monday.

If you do have objections I'm probably going to shut it down anyway, but
I promise to have a very somber expression on my face when I do.
