So, pcwalton, brson and I inaugurated the first Servo Hack Day today.
Actually, it was only a half day, due to scheduling conflicts. However,
we made good progress. Patrick got a preliminary (and *very* minimal)
HTML parser hacked up, I implemented a first cut at the RCU interface,
and Brian did work on connecting the dots---getting some data to go from
parser to layout to drawing via SDL/Azure/Cairo bindings. Basically
we're just trying to get minimalistic pieces of the various parts in
place so that we can actually run and see something (at the moment,
boxes from colored divs).
I imagine we'll do some more tomorrow; the plan however is to make this
a weekly Thursday tradition.
