Bring Firefox window in front of other windows

I am working on a intranet web application. The users have requested that
during a certain event that want the browser window to come in front of all
other windows (e.g. Word, Notepad, IE, etc). They understand the usability
issues involved with this functionality, but they still want it.

As this is a defined internal user community, signed scripts are permissible
and can be guaranteed to be accepted. Is there a way to do this using signed
scripts? If not, are there other ways to accomplish this in Firefox. Thanks.
