Support for EdDSA

Hello All,

I am working on a GSOC proposal for Libreswan in which the authentication
mechanism is extended to support EdDSA. Since the Libreswan is dependent on
NSS for algorithm implementation it is necessary that NSS supports EdDSA.

Does anybody have any idea regarding the plans for adding EdDSA in the NSS
library. I would be happy to contribute if you can describe the
requirements for implementing EdDSA.
