Added Owner Column to BuiltInCAs Spreadsheet

As per previous requests, I have added added an "Owner" column to the
BuiltInCAs spreadsheet.

I think you should replace "RSA Security" with "EMC" or "RSA Security
(owned by EMC)", and "S-TRUST" with "Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag GmbH"
(I don't think "S-TRUST" actually exists as a separate entity).

All, please check the Owner column to make sure it is correct for your
root certs, and let me know of any updates I should make.
