This root certificate appears to have all trust bits off. However, the
Time Warner Cable site at <http://www.timewarnercable.com/> contains
secure pages using a site certificate signed by AOL Member CA, which was
signed by America Online Root Certification Authority 1.

To ensure I was looking at my NSS read-only certificate database, I
deleted America Online Root Certification Authority 1, terminated
SeaMonkey, and then relaunched SeaMonkey.

Is it intentional that the trust bits are off in America Online Root
Certification Authority 1?

I just checked my installations of Firefox and Thunderbird, and all
three trust bits are enabled for this root.
