Regard this subject, do TWCA issue SSL Server test certificates?

Yes, we issue short validity SSL certificate to our customer to
experience the SSL server using our certificate.
The longest validity is 14 days.
TWCA is also the SSL RA, SSL subscriber's identity authentication is
done by ourselves, since we have to control the risk of SSL
certificate business.

Applicants of TWCA SSL test certificates shall offer a paper-based
application form with its official seal on it for identity
authorization.
