Versions 2.2 of Mozilla's CA Certificate Policy

All,

I have summarized the currently proposed changes to version 2.2 of
Mozilla's CA Certificate Policy here:

Is there anything else we should consider for this version?

Note that I am hoping to keep the changes in this version minimal, and
release this update quickly due to the addition of BR #11.1.4 regarding
new gTLD Domains.

We also need to determine the time frame for included CAs to come into
compliance with these policy changes, so I have started the wiki page here:
