Fixing and improving RTL implementation of Firefox for Android

Hello all,

My name is Itiel (nicknamed ItielMaN at bugzilla), a RTL language (Hebrew) native speaker. I'm also a member at the Hebrew translation team for the various Mozilla products.
Lately I've contacted Delphine Lebédel regarding pushing the RTL support for Firefox for Android topic forward, and volunteered to prioritize RTL bugs, test new RTL builds and report newly found RTL bugs.
Unfortunately I wasn't blessed with programming knowledge (or I may be too young for this), so I can't help with the techincal aspect of bug fixing / RTL implementation.
I am good at finding bugs, though (in terms of looking at the end product, and noticing what's wrong with it and what can be improved). I've found bugs in CDBurnerXP (there I helped the developer implementing RTL from scratch, fixed and improved it's translation for Hebrew), Xiret, RAR (WinRAR for Android, there I also helped it's developer implementing RTL and translated the app + found dozens of visual and technical bugs), DriverFusion, Poedit (see here) and some more I can't think of right now.

So without further ado, here are my priorities of the depends-on bugs of the RTL meta bug:

In the these specs (page 4), the author mentioned that the correct look of the notifications (now as toast bar) is with the "Switch to" on the right side, but I disagree.
The English version has it on the right side, so RTL should behave the opposite.

I'm probably going to submit some new RTL bugs tomorrow. I'll send another email here with the link to the these bugs, for your convenience.

Please share any thoughts you might have on this matter.

Hello!

It's nice to see some movements on this log running issue. I'm agreed with priorities and makes sense to me. About the specs, you right. The button should be moved to the left. Can't remember, maybe I didn't want to be too much picky since the position doesn't seem like a blocker.

If there's any help I can do or participate, let me know. I like to get involved.

Arash: given the above, could you please post an update to your original spec and add it to the meta bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=702845)? You can mark the old one as obsolete.
