Different variants of Eastern Arabic Numeral

Hi List,

Just as we discussed in IRC, I start this topic as a reference for later when we wanted to expand the support of RTL to handle these differences.

We have different variants in locales for Eastern Arabic Numeral and they have different Unicode point even if they have a (almost) similar shape. These differences is described here in Wikipedia [1] under the "Numerals" section.
