Kicking off the RFC process

Dear everyone,
A few weeks ago, Michiel opened a RFC repo [1] to serve as a good
place for discussing large and/or subtle changes to Project Link. There
are already a few discussions under way, so if you haven't done so yet,
you should
1/ take a look;
2/ start watching the repo.
For the moment, active developers of Project Link are the only ones
discussing over there, but the community is invited, so I hope that we
will get RFCs from people we have never met, one of these days.
