Feeding trackers with garbage

Hey, I hope this is the right forum for this.

I had the following idea:
Why not waste trackers with much random unnecessary data so the tracking algorithm gets confused, instead of just blocking them.

Don't know if this is good but I wanted to share my idea.
Would it be useful or dumb?
