Greetings,
As you may have guessed from the lack of traffic on this mailing list
over the past few months, Project Candle is on hiatus. It may return
in some form in the future, but for now Mozilla engineers are taking
on higher priority tasks such as shipping e10s and improving
stability.
Power-related work may still continue, but in a less
centrally-coordinated fashion.
I have updated the wiki
(https://wiki.mozilla.org/Performance/Project_Candle) to reflect this
status.
