Power bugs with a "mentor" annotation.

On the wiki there is a link to Power bugs with a "mentor" annotation. This appears to query the whiteboard for the string "power mentor".  Do we expect the power mentor to be different from a normal bug mentor? I'd like us to use the standard bugzilla "mentor" field for this if we can, instead of the whiteboard field. That will help exposed mentored bugs to the contributor tools that we have.

Well spotted! I've fixed it to use the "mentor" field.

(If you're wondering why it was like this, it's because I copied the
search from the MemShrink wiki page, and when I originally wrote the
MemShrink search the "mentor" field was done via the whiteboard rather
than a separate field. I've updated the MemShrink search as well.)
