Cannot start Fennec

Hello,
i have windows mobile 6 imate ultimate 9502 device
after fennec 1.1a1en-us.wince-arm installation and when i try to lunch fennec i got this message error :
XULRunner
Not Enough memory available to start fennec
and i hard reset my device to clear memory and still the same error
even with removing all my files for device memory and program memory
what should i do to start fennec ?
