Hi!
I guess bug 708746 is fixed now?
I think that was the last major basic issue for me right now, the
native nightly is becoming really nice imho!
And it only uses 54 MB ram when cached in the background, while still
a lot it's a big improvement.
Feels quite fast after you've loaded the first page, loads and renders
complex "desktop" pages faster than the
stock browser on my Xperia Play.
Obiously a lot of polish left, and then features. Sync is probably the
feature I'm looking forward to most, could
be pretty cool once you get used to having it available (if it doesn't
consume too much resources?).

708746 is fixed on the nightly channel and soon will be uplifted into mozilla-aurora.
Sync -- yes we are all waiting for it to be enabled and awesome. Richard Newman and team are working on it. Richard can comment on the resources it uses.
