In Firefox 90 I intend to turn on the forced-colors media query by default for all platforms. It has been developed behind the `layout.css.forced-colors.enabled` preference. Chrome has supported this feature [1] since version 89, and Edge has had support [2] since version 79.

Update: We got this in earlier than expected, so it'll be ready in 89 instead of 90 🎉
