In October 2009, we migrated from the old graph server to the current
graph server. During this migration, we abandoned the old data rather
than porting it. The plan was to keep the old data around read-only for
posterity.

This never really came to fruition -- the old database was dropped, then
restored, and the app to the old database was never restored to working
status.
However, given that bug 521895 has sat there for over a year with no one
asking for data from the old graph server, it seems we can archive this
data safely.
If anyone has any concerns or questions, please comment in the bug.
