I’m hoping to switch the main mozilla-central build (Nightly 91) from using NodeJS 10 to NodeJS 12 early next week (the week of June 14th). https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1690377 is where the exact details of what’s going to be migrated are being sorted out.
Our last major upgrade from Node 8 to Node 10 went pretty smoothly (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1547823 has details), and I’m hoping for something similar this time.
If you or your team depend on NodeJS-based build tooling in mozilla-central, and you have any questions or concerns, please raise them in #NodeJS or in the above bug.
More shortly about exactly which builds are going to require what.
