live in the SF Commons area and broadcast on
https://air.mozilla.org/,
as well as on the screens in the commons areas in Mountain View,
Toronto, and London.
Several of us writing code for Gladius and WebGameStub over the last
year hypothesized that having a short, structured weekly retrospective
meeting would help surface otherwise unnoticed-issues with how we worked
and would be worth the time spent.
We tried it, ultimately found it to be very helpful, and incorporated it
in our routine. We'd like to share and discuss our and others'
experiences with weekly retrospectives, including the outcomes and risks.
