Content team blocker status

Per the Firefox/Gecko development meeting yesterday, here's an update of
the content teams blocker bugs.

Right now, there's a total of 22 blocker bugs on the content team list.
The bug breakdown is as follows:

Of those, the one with the most unknown is bug 515051, which Honza
offered to look into. We should know more tomorrow about that bug.
