evangelism meeting wrapup - April 23rd, 2009

Meeting went longer than I expected. Final agenda and notes are

Highlights:

1. Firefox 3.5 work is ongoing - lots of good work there from sheppy +
alex on the features + web developer docs.
2. We got wireframes from Neil that we're pretty happy with - time to
start executing against that assuming that webdev has bandwidth (if
they don't we'll look at other options.)
3. Docs are in place for a lot of final 3.5 items including
localStorage. Arun + Paul are going to work together to try and put
together some demos/expanded material so people understand it and know
how to use it.
4. There was some discussion of the 3D stuff. Both from a PR position
(how much pickup it's getting) and also what our next steps might be
there.
5. Add-ons workshop in indonesia sounds like it's going to be pretty
great - wonderful community-organized event. Need to talk about
investments in Asia around add-ons and see if it makes sense. This is
an item for Gen + Paul during the all-hands.
6. Talked about the upcoming open video conference. Want Asa and Paul
to come along since they are heavily involved in it.
