I've reopened mozilla-central following a short 1.9.3a1 freeze.

If we don't discover any additional alpha blockers in the next few
days, I expect we'll do candidate 1.9.3a1 builds on Monday morning
off a (version-bump-only) minibranch from
http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/db1f6446efda . If
additional blockers do turn up, we'll land them on a minibranch off
of that revision in addition to the default branch of
mozilla-central.

If you think there are any bugs that should block release of an
alpha, please let me know by email in addition to commenting in the
bug. Please note that the current plan is to ship this alpha with
out-of-process plugins (OOPP) off, and ship another alpha when we're
comfortable shipping an alpha with OOPP on. And also remember that
an alpha milestone is a milestone in the middle of the development
phase: there's not an expectation of completeness, or even an
expectation that what's in it will necessarily be part of any
particular future release, but instead it's an opportunity to let a
wider audience test the various features currently in development.

Can somebody please add the 1.9.3a2 and 3.7a2 milestones in bugzilla?
Thanks.

Done (3.7a2 to Firefox and 1.9.3a2 to Core and Toolkit -- let me know
if I missed any).
