Yes, by the drivers of the Firefox 1.5.0.11/2.0.0.3 release.

As easily as any other page on the wiki, yes.

I don't think I understand what you're driving at, Eddie, or even why
you're driving at it. I'm sure that if you wanted to offer some
assistance to the driving team (or better, the QA team!) you should
do that, and I'm sure someone will get back to you. Or join #qa, or
watch that space (and this space) for driving meeting announcements,
just like normal.
