Updated mobile schedule

Hi all,

Just wanted to let folks know that we've updated our schedule to add a
beta 3 which will include additional work on performance, stability,
and polish (we're not looking to add new features). Before we can go
to release candidate, we have a number of bugs left and need to
collect more user feedback. We still have a few big pieces left such
as OpenGL, easy sync setup, and JavaScript PICs that are really
important as well. We're wrapping up beta 2 now, so please start
focusing on beta 3 and final blockers.
