mozjpeg jpegtran not creating correct result with RGB, CMYK, and YCCK images

Hello list,
jpegtran normally crashes with CMYK and YCCK images, rarely some files not crashing jpegtran but output file can not be opened by other image viewers.
For RGB files, jpegtran outputs 20-byte files.
Any chance to fix such behavior?
