Hi, dear friend:
I am using GraphicsMagick1.3.20 with mozjpeg2.1 to process images. When I use command './cjpeg -tune-psnr -quality 80 -outfile sample_pnsr.jpg sample.jpg' to deal with a image, the quality value that GraphicsMagick detected is not 80. But if other tune is used, such as -tune-ssim, -quality 80 will work and GraphicsMagick can get quality 80. Why this happened and how can I get the right quality when use -tune-psnr?
