Apparently when you click on the Search input, it shows the list of
saved searches.

From the green notification text on Bugzilla:

"Looking for saved searches? click on "Search Bugs" above."

Click onto the search field to see them.

On the top there's a box saying:

Looking for saved searches? click on "Search Bugs" above.
