I propose we add discussing fixes for the latest surge of ghost windows to the agenda. mccr8 noted "it would be very nice to have [a hueyfix] for chrome JS to content JS"

The first step would be looking over what the last half dozen such bugs are, and figure out what the underlying issue was.
