Agenda

I'd like to discuss memshrink concerns for e10s-multi and what we can do to help out.

Olli can't repro, close, WFM.
  • 1336398 - Core :: DOM: Content Processes - [e10s-multi] Enable 4 content processes on nightly

    Votes:

Clear flag, just want to discuss in the meeting.
  • 1337204 - Firefox :: Extension Compatibility - Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 uses a lot of memory with Kaspersky and 7 other addons enabled

    erahm, what do you think?

Lets wait until they try out 52.
  • 1338930 - Core :: JavaScript: GC - Firefox memory leaking

I guess P3? I'm not sure it's in the right component, the user doesn't want to disable add-ons, seems to have morphed to a crash bug.
  • 1339073 - Firefox :: General - Memory usage

    Votes:

    mccr8, erahm, what do you think?

Close as incomplete or wait for the reporter to respond. It could use an updated title.
  • 1341008 - Core :: DOM: Content Processes - [e10s-multi] Use the preallocated process manager by default

    Votes:

Clear flag, I just want to discuss in the meeting.
  • 1342779 - Firefox :: Untriaged - Firefox doesn't give back memory

Needs better title, ni reporter to test on 52 (they're on 42).
  • 1343234 - Core :: Audio/Video: Playback - Firefox is NOT releasing memory from youtube. After 2 hours of watching youtube stream video firefox will start crashing. Task manager shows enormous amounts of RAM usage by Firefox. Restarting browser every 2 hours is very annoying. Please fix.

Needs better title, if this repros probably P1. I'll try to repro on nightly.
