I can get the 'Multi-person video chat'
on http://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/ to work, but it takes a
while for negotiation to finish and remote video to start, anyway to
speed that up?

I tried apprtc earlier and it works for GUM but not two way, I would
like to use apprtc for a demo I need to give.

I am using the latest mozilla-central.

That's interesting -- it works here, and I'm running the official
Firefox build off the beta channel. If I had to guess, I'd suspect some
kind of NAT issue. What's your topology? Are you trying to call between
two machines on the same network, or are you trying to talk to someone
behind a different NAT than you are?

Enda - I'm wondering if you are hitting the same issue I hit over in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=859395 with my Mac mini --> Win 7 machine on Mt View's network. Can you check if it's the same issue or different?
